VAT is included in the price. The currency of payment is EURO (€).

A buyer (consumer) of goods is a website visitor who chooses at least one product, puts it in the shopping cart, and pays with a credit card.

Ordering online

To place an order, simply fill out the contact form to reserve a table and select one of the courses offered. Follow the instructions step by step. Our guide will guide you through the process until the successful completion of your order.

By ordering goods, you accept our terms of purchase. After confirming the price and availability of the selected goods, you will receive an electronic confirmation of your order, which includes the contract between you and SIKI d.o.o..

Services of Siki d.o.o. and gentilerestoran.com internet stores, can be used by people over the age of 18.

Payment

The customer will pay for the ordered service and products directly by credit card when placing the order.

Product delivery

The customer collects the ordered products from the seller

Product complaint

The seller is responsible for material defects of the items he sells on his website in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Croatia, in particular the Law on Obligations. The customer has the right to complain in relation to material defects within the deadlines and for the reasons prescribed by the provisions of the aforementioned Act. The customer can send a written objection or complaint to the e-mail address:

with an indication of complaints.

The seller will consider the complaint valid if, after examining the product, he determines that it meets the conditions for a complaint in accordance with the Law on Obligations and the Law on Consumer Protection. In this case, within 15 days of receiving a valid complaint, they will replace the product or return the entire amount paid. If it finds that the complaint is not valid, it will inform the Customer about the same within 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.

Contract termination


THE RIGHT TO UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF A CONTRACT CONCLUDED OUTSIDE THE BUSINESS PREMISES OR CONCLUDED AT A DISTANCE

The customer may, without giving a reason, unilaterally terminate this Agreement within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement or upon its receipt.

The right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement starts from the date of delivery, i.e. from the date of personal collection of the shipment.

In order to exercise the right to unilateral termination, the consumer must submit a written notice to Siki d.o.o. stating that he is terminating the Agreement. The notification must be written on a permanent medium and contain the information indicated below, and can be delivered as a letter sent by post or e-mail.

If the consumer exercises his right to unilateral termination, he will not bear the related costs except for the direct costs of returning the goods and reducing the value of the goods.

We can issue a refund only after the goods have been returned to us or after you provide us with proof that you sent the goods back to us.

You can fill out and send a copy of the form for unilateral termination of the contract electronically.

We will send you the confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract by e-mail without delay.
